Who we are
The firm was formed to provide thoughtful capital for capable operators— with the discipline of institutional underwriting and the flexibility of a focused private firm. We are deliberate, documented, and exacting.
Our work spans investments and private equity, small business funding and loans, and selective startup investment. The instruments differ. The standard of diligence does not.
Counterparties are principals, family offices, operating companies, and founders who welcome rigorous diligence. We prioritize fit over volume— clarity of terms and durability of outcomes.
